Welcome to GTEC 2016! We’re excited to have your participation as an exhibitor. We want to make sure your company has the best possible experience. To accomplish this we have developed several tools to help drive traffic to your booth, all of which are FREE for you to use.

Unique Discount Codes

All exhibitors and sponsors will receive a unique Marketing Code and link which will apply a $200 discount on All Access and 2-day Conference passes or provide a FREE Expo pass. Be sure to share your code and utilize the unique link in all your promotional efforts to ensure registrations that come in as a result of your efforts are coded to your company. Freeman Electrical Rewards

Every unique, All Access or 2-Day Conference pass registration* that comes in with your discount code will entitle you to save $50 off your Final Freeman Electrical* bill.
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS PROGRAM, REGISTRATIONS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

          – All Access or 2-Day Conference pass
          – Unique Code must be applied during registration process
          – Registrant cannot be an employee of an Exhibiting or Sponsoring Company
          – Balance must be paid in full
          – This program ends Friday, October 21, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST. No registrations received after this date will apply towards this program.

Event Invitation – Share a $200 Discount on Conference passes OR a FREE Expo Pass!

Provide a $200 discount on All Access and 2 Day Conference passes or offer a FREE Expo pass to clients and prospects. This is an excellent way to invite customers and prospects to visit your booth or listen to your company’s representatives within a conference session at GTEC. Distribute passes on your website and through all your sales channels, such as your customer base, prospects, sales offices and user groups to increase booth traffic.

The Expo Pass includes admission to the Exhibition, Sponsored Seminars and Workshops, and Networking Receptions.

Most Social Exhibitor

Be named “Most Social Exhibitor,” complete with a title sign for your booth, exposure on social media, inclusion in a VIP Tour and a small prize on-site. The exhibitor company with the most tweets containing “#GTEC” or “@GTEC” by October 28, 2016 will win.

Write a Blog

Post about relevant topics and industry trends and tie it to your participation at GTEC 2016. Send us your blog URL and if approved, we’ll promote the blog via our social media channels.

Tweet

Share your discount code and provide updates about your company’s activities, product and other news through twitter, and we’ll retweet it on GTEC’s Twitter account. Include #GTEC in your tweets for tracking purposes.

Launch a Facebook Page

Create a Facebook fan page about your presence at GTEC 2016, and we’ll highlight it on GTEC Facebook page. Facebook is great way to share your discount code, post details on new products you’ll be displaying in your booth, invite customers to your meetings and parties, and upload relevant photos.

Post a Video

Create videos about your company’s activities at GTEC and we’ll help it go viral. Send us the URL and we’ll add it to our favorites and promote it via our social media channels.

Create a GTEC Microsite

Let your network know about your participation with a microsite that highlights your company’s program at GTEC. We will link to it from our Twitter and Facebook pages.
