Pre Loading Your Presentation
Due to the tight scheduling of sessions, your presentation will be pre-loaded onto a PentiumŪ processor PC in the room where your session will take place. As a back-up, please bring an extra copy of your presentation on a CD or USB key, or other storage media.
If You've Revised Your Presentation
If you make revisions to your presentation after you have submitted it by the September 24th, 2010, deadline, please bring a copy on CD or USB key when you check-in at the Conference Office. We will have a room monitor in the office designated to pre-load your revised presentation in your assigned session room.
All presentations will be pre-loaded on the computers in the session room. Unless you have made arrangements with your GTEC contact (Madeleine Saikaley), presenting from your personal laptop will not be permitted.
Important
Please report to your session room at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your presentation to be sure your power point is pre-loaded. Should you have any technical difficulties; an AV technician will be called upon by our room monitor to assist you.
