Media Story Pitch

Our objective is to help media find story ideas or develop story assignments from the exhibition hall floor. In doing so, we have developed an online program to make it easy for media to search story ideas or product and service demonstrations that will be available at GTEC 2008.

We have provided an online form for each Exhibitor to fill out. Exhibitors can submit up to two (2) pitches or demonstrations (or a combination of both) – with a limit of 100 words per pitch. Media that visit the site will see the company (and booth number) presenting the idea, who the spokesperson will be, if the exhibitor is part of the Conference, seminar or open workshops, and/or any accompanying images for the pitch.

When you register for GTEC as a member of the Media, you will be given a user ID and password. This will provide you with access to the Exhibitor pitches. When you enter the site, you will be presented with a list of headlines. When you click on the headline, you will be able to read the pitch to determine if it’s an appropriate editorial topic or if it assists in completing an editorial assignment now, at the show or post show. In addition to the pitch, the following information will be provided:
