The GTEC Conference offers its speakers tremendous opportunities for exposure and recognition as an industry leader. Your session will attract many technical professionals interested in learning from your example, expertise and experience. In appreciation of your contributions as a Conference Speaker, we provide the following benefits*:
- Complimentary registration to the exhibition, keynotes, other sessions during the Conference and Exhibit events.
- Daily access to the Conference Office area. The Conference Office is the designated area for all speakers to meet, network and prepare for your presentation(s).
- Continental breakfast and lunch on the day of your session(s).
- Computers will be available in the Conference Office for those who would like to access the internet and view their presentation.
- Services for photocopying will be provided in the Conference Office.
- This is an area where you can leave materials as well as check-in and pickup your Speaker's Package, which will include name badge and Conference Program (you will receive onsite upon check-in).
- Conference Office is located on the 4th Floor, Westin Hotel.
