Deadlines and Contacts

Thank you for agreeing to speak at the GTEC Conference. The following deadlines must be met, in order to allow us the necessary time to prepare conference marketing materials and process your registration:

REQUIRED ITEMS FOR YOU TO SUBMIT:

• If you have not provided your bio, please email your 75-100 (max) word Bio of yourself in both English and French text which can be posted to the GTEC website to the Personal Contact listed below. As well, we require a photo ID of yourself (300 dpi, in EPS or JPEG format, 2” wide) to use in marketing material.

Conference power point presentations due Friday, October 10th, 2008

• Power Point Presentation (Panelists, check with your moderator to be sure slides are necessary). Email your power point to the Personal Contact listed below.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For web site purposes only, could you submit presentations no larger than 10MB. You could have it as large as possible for your onsite presentation, however, submit a second (10MB) for the web. Thank You.
