2008 Honourary Chair
GTEC is chaired by the CIO of Canada, Ken Cochrane, who leads IT/IM Services for the Canadian federal government and chairs national federal and inter-jurisdictional committees of CIOs and heads of IT in government agencies. This will be Mr. Cochrane’s second consecutive year as Honourary Chair of the event.
