Ottawa is not only our Nations Capital, it's also home to Canada's largest Government IT event – GTEC. The city of Ottawa's participation in this year's event will include a session on client Relationship management (CRM) by Janet Harris Campbell, Director of Information Technology Services & Chief Information Officer, a special Keynote presentation by the city's mayor, Mr. Larry O'Brien, a panelist for the "new" CIO Boot Camp, as well as significant presence on this year's show floor.
