Due to the tight scheduling of sessions, your presentation will be pre-loaded onto a Pentium® processor PC in the room where your session will take place. As always, please bring an extra copy of your presentation on a CD or USB drive.

If You've Revised Your Presentation
If you make revisions to your presentation after you have submitted it by the September 28th deadline, please bring a copy on CD when you check-in at the Speaker's Lounge. We will have a room monitor in the Speaker's Lounge designated to pre-load your revised presentation in your assigned session room.

NOTE: Your presentation must be approved by GTEC before it can be presented!

Please be sure to get a copy to us by September 28th deadline, so as not to delay this process.
All presentations will be pre-loaded on the computers in the session room. Unless you have made arrangements with your GTEC contact (Madeleine Saikaley), presenting from your personal laptop will not be allowed.

On-site Process
Your presentation will automatically be pre-loaded into your session room, if you turn your presentation into us by the deadline September 28th, 2007 or if you bring it into the Speaker’s Lounge onsite the day before your session. The presentations will be located in a presentation folder on the desktop.

Important
Please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB drive, CD, or other storage media.

Please report to your session room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session to be sure your presentation is loaded and for the AV technician in the room to assist you with loading your presentation if need be.
