Thank you for agreeing to speak at this year's GTEC Conference. The following deadlines are extremely crucial and must be met in order to allow us the necessary time to prepare conference marketing materials and process your registration.

REQUIRED ITEMS FOR YOU TO SUBMIT:

• If you have not provided your bio, please email your 75-100 (max) word Bio of yourself in both English and French text which can be posted to the GTEC website to the Personal Contact listed below.

Conference presentations due Friday, September 28, 2007

• Power Point Presentation (Panelists, check with your moderator to be sure slides are necessary). Email your power point to the Personal Contact listed below.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  For web site purposes only, could you submit presentations no larger than 10MB.  You could have it as large as possible for your onsite presentation, however, submit a second (10MB) for the web.  Thank You.

REMEMBER: Attendees expect to have ALL presentations available online prior to the conference, so we must receive yours by Friday, September 28, 2007.  Failure to meet these requirements will jeopardize your participation as a speaker at GTEC 2007.
